Jogging Track – Oruthota, Gampaha
We are pleased to highlight the successful completion of a significant project in Oruthota, Gampaha, a location of high importance due to its proximity to the city center and its value for the well-being of the local community. The project, awarded by the Land Reclamation and Development Corporation (REDECO), was carried out to enhance both the functionality and livability of this vital area.
Scope of Work
Our team executed a wide range of essential development activities, including:
- Gabion Work: Constructing strong and durable gabion structures for soil retention, erosion control, and improved land stability.
- Interlock Work: Installing interlock paving for enhanced aesthetics, durability, and ease of maintenance.
- Concrete Work: Carrying out high-quality concrete works for long-lasting strength and structural support.
- Land Preparation Work: Preparing the site with precision, ensuring the area was properly leveled, stable, and ready for development activities.
Use of Modern Machinery
To ensure efficiency and accuracy, the project was completed with the support of heavy machinery and equipment, including:
- Excavator Kobelco 210
- Excavator Komatsu 30
- Tippers and related machinery
Additionally, sheet piles and other modern construction tools were used to strengthen the groundwork and maintain the required standards.
